Hate to break the news to you kids but this service has been going on for years around the world...I used it in the UK and USA before 711. The company it self we use is Netscape. This is back by American express. This service is used like any other VIP service...They pay a fee to have the Passports and Immirgration processed quickly either by using the Local queues or using the back admin office to process quickly here in bali. I can assure you, IF customs want to search your bag they will even if you use this service...if you declare anything on your arrival cards you will be asked by customs about these items....we use here this week in Bali and brought medications in for last part of the flu we brought in to bali...customs made us take these out and show them our doctors letter..The only difference was we were directed to a lane just for the VIP VOA...not the normal slow channel..
I feel safe as my bags are sitting out on the floor for a good hour before when i used the old system. This time I have it in 10 mins .
