Our family tradition is that when we get to Bali, we hit the Apache Bar first off, usually around lunch time and that gives us a good kick start in to Bali mode. We love going back there for dinners as well, as they usually have kareoke and my daughters usually get involved. We have a great time and give a good tip which you don't mind doing, if you are looked after. Never had a bad experience there at all and will continue the tradition on 19th Dec.
