im a big bloke who sweats alot & i get the heat rash all over. My wife mkes me take a long cool shower as soon as we get back to our room & then she covers me with J&J Baby Powder. It is as simple as that. The shower cools the skin & the powder dries the rash & it stops itching. Dont use that medicated stuff, it may not agree with you.
