the powder called 'Purol' powder from chemist/supermarket in Bali. It can help but won't fix the problem. There are a variety of creams for a variety of rashes. I only know this as I have a rash history. And in australia in 2008 my doctor put me on one cream for crotch, which was an over the counter product (can't remember the name) and a different one for my arm which is on prescription 'Elcon' mometasone furoate 1mg/g.(for tropical dermatitis) this may be available in Bali without a prescription.
