We did the Safari Park in a few hours in November. I imagine with kids or when the Marine Park part is finished you could spend longer there though - what with the pools and rides etc.
My only disappointment was, the lion that you take photos with was "too tired" to come out - the main reason we went there was because my life long dream is to cuddle a lion - next time maybe...
For the record - next time we go, I would like to stay there a night just for the experience.
