Billabong factory: JL.By Pass Ngurah Rai 11G, Simpang Siur, Kuta. It's just near the big round-about on the way to Sanur near Galeria.
There's another Surf factory outlet just up the road (walking distance) with heaps of bins of clothing out the front with volcom ect. Well worth a look.
