there is a kebab resturant just opposite the bali garden in kuta that stays open until 1am, i know this as our last trip we arrived bout 11pm at hotel bgh and where starving, we found this just opposite thank god. it is right next door to circle k and a japanese returant opposite bgh the food is delicious, serves menu plus kebabs....hope this helps as we might be doing the same thing again this time as we flight out 19thdec arive pretty late again thanks to day light savings....
