I have just phoned her and she is not happy!! she is going down to the travel agent now (thankfully she has not paid any deposit, was supposed to take it in next Wed)...I told her to go to another agent like flight centre and just quickly ask them so as she has some back up....or get on here and show the agent.......thanks again..cheers Tracey.
