What resto's are nearby? .....to the right from your hotel looking at the beach, about 200-300mtrs is a strip of decent Resto's incl. Lanai, Zanzibar, Teko, Blue Ocean, Seaside plus others and plenty on the drag the hotel is situated on.
Any info on prices for food or drinks within the hotel itself?

depends who is booked in at the time.....
Is there any late night parties or loud music going ons that we should worry about. We arent interested in that type of atmosphere.
....You might here music from the couple of night clubs up near the beachfront Resto's on the weekend, but from the P.R. it'll be relatively "muffled".
The beach in front is it safe for swimming? Clean?
...Nice beach, fairly clean, but the surf is BIG at that time of the year.
