crap. About 150 people eat at Indo National each day. Haven't heard of any other cases of Bali Belly there around that time. I have eaten there at least 200 times over the years without problems.
Did you handle any money at all that day? Did you use ANY toilets that day? That is where the majority of "Bali Belly" comes from.
