Did You Receive A Confirmation Voucher?

If so, that is confirmation that your payment has been received and processed. You are not required to present the voucher upon arrival.

If not, I would be concerned that your request/payment has not been processed.

Looking back at my records, after payment was receipted and emailed to Netfare , I received a copy of our confirmation voucher within 24 hours.

Hours of business: Tuesday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm - so depending on what day you processed payment - that might be the delay?
