Hey,
There is a shop in Poppies One called Bali Bedcovers, right up past Poppies near Jl Legian that sells guitars. They have cheap ones as well as good quality more expensive ones. Maybe you could buy one of their cheap ones and leave it with a local when you come home. I'm sure my friend said they can get you in special orders, so should be able to get left handed.
