I stayed at Agung Cottages in Jalan Legian Kuta in February this year. I had a fan cooled room for Rp 120,000 per night (including a light breakfast). The hotel had a swimming pool with two deck chairs and a umbrella.
Though on Jalan Legian, the high walls kept the noise out.
