I have seen them for hire opposite Garden View Cottages in Jalan Padma Utara, but I feel confident, that if you asked a local, you will have offers galore! Just be aware, at this time of year, the rains tend to flood streets and make more and more pot holes. Personally, I have done motor bike; push bike and just walking. This is just my opinion,if you are looking at shops, I do think you see more by walking and then get a taxi home when you have had enough, or the storms have made things uncomfortable!
