have a total rude response to this but didn't expect it to be you. I guess when you know it all though it's easy to be rude. Someone just commented how nice and hospitable you were. Guess that doesn't mean that you have good manners though.

I felt this was a serious situation and genuinely wanted others input...thanks for your expertise Ron. Hopefully you never have anything situations that might need direction and information from others.
