i absolutly totally agree... firstly forced to pay for a generally ordinary meal.. forced atmosphere.. ghastly ghastly ghastly... but in all honesty new years in bali is SO problematic.. roads are closed from about 2 o clock.. if you manage to get out and walk to a fun place, great but if you are relying on a cab or your driver there it's a bloody nightmare... oh sounds so gloomy .. just need to be well organised... sorry folks
