for honest money changing is AYU a lovely lady who wears RED lippy and has long dark hair, she is in a tour shop across from the Puri Raja in a bank of about 6 shops so when you step out of Melasti go across the road and head left, just before you reach the second driveway you will find AYU, she has always been pleasant and very honest so I always reccomned her.Tell her Nelly told you about her. For great silver jewellery I always shop at BINTANG Silver which is across the road from the Melati Beach Apartments and Coffee Shop.They also make jewellery but it is more costume jewellery.They are fixed price and sell to a lot of businesses.As for Restaurants there are so many in this area...La Monde is always good which is to your right as you leave MBR and above the Loji Supermart, across from this is Legian Snacks and Warung Yogya...neither look flash but the food is good !!Around te corner in Jln Padma is DROPS which is very yummy.Hope this helps, Nelly
