not suggesting that you should do this but what my g/f has done this year is to make a Christmas Card with a photo of one of the street dogs that she took and then when she sent it to her family members she told them that instead of them getting a Christmas present this year the money was being donated to the the Bali Street Dogs. There is a link on the website for making donations.
