We had an itinerary from Jetstar. After complaining, in writing, and waiting 12 weeks instead of 8, and following up with emails, we finally received a letter with a copy of the "itinerary" from them. Guess what? The itinerary was different!
So not only did they infer that my brother-in-law spent time altering his original itinerary and copying it prior to boarding the plane, instead of actually boarding the plane on time, but they now provide "proof" of it!
I agree that if you're not happy, don't fly with them again. We won't. But to coat all of us as whingers who don't get facts right is a little unfair, don't you think?
