Thanks I have the info I need re arrival in Bali. Re the other question, I mean airside ie on departure when you have gone through passport control/immigration and initital security screening. The other day we had friends arriving from HK and even though they purchased their duty free in HK in departures after passport control/ and security screening people had their duty free taken off them just prior to getting on the plane even though only purchased it minutes prior - very unusual I thought. Random check apparently. Just wondered if others had experienced the same in Singapore or anywhere.
