i have an opinion about service in general in bali since it has got busy again in that we felt on our recent trip (sept/oct) that the hotel and eateries in kuta/tuban had gone downhill in service.
we have stayed at the rama beach hotel 4 times and this time was the worst as far as service and caring about guests.
the restaraunts we have frequented over the years also suffered from what i considered to be,take you for granted syndrome.
