I think if some one tells you to meet them in the toilet to do an official transaction , certain bells must ring... He is obviously doing a swifty... now at this point there are 2 things to do... be loudly outraged!!! insist that you see his supervisor and make a bit of a scene.. this possibly will cause one or 2 things to happen ...An instant case of Malu.. shyness and a rush to make it right or a supervisor to come over and demand more money than originally stated .... or second senario.. pay up shut up and move swifty thru the process.. its just the way it is here.. you can get any thing you want if you pay.. it all comes down to your barganing abilities.. and its not only tourists this happens to .. my husband { a local] was charged a 100 thousand to bring in t shirts for the family.. because we were gonna sell "i love hong kong" t shirts in the market apparently.. oh some things will never change..
