As you know it is in Kerobokan. It is cheap, nice pool and quiet location next to rice paddies, walking distance to some beautiful restaurants and a short taxi ride to eat street. However, the only downfall is bathrooms are very drab; meaning sort of half old tiles and half just concrete, not open air but large enough gaps that there is lots of mozzies, cold water shower with very little pressure and right next to toilet. The Samsara looks absolutely beautiful, but I know the location is right in the heart of town.
