although we never travel during schoolies week. Our room boys have always been very accommodating and get anything for us without hesitation and are always polite and obliging. I never run up a room service or food bill and tend to pay as I get my stuff and then there is no problems.
we were only there in September and there was plenty of security in the hotel so I can't believe that this is the case.
