You won't be able to walk 10 metres down the street without someone trying to sell them to you. Some are better quality than others, but they're all pretty cheap.
The best ones I've bought have been in Matahari at Kuta Square - for me they never seem to tarnish but every other one I've bought has. But I think it may depend on your own skin. My dad and I both ordered rings there in September. Mine is fine and still shiny, and his has tarnished badly.
