Hi All,
Got a quote from Hu'u bar for six of us to go there New Year's Eve - it is 1,338,000 rp per person plus 15% taxes - WITHOUT ALCOHOL! I expected to pay more than normal for New Years but not this much. I think some of these places are being greedy on New Year's - especially the hotels who charge a standard buffet meal price even if you don't go! This is more than you'd pay in Australia by the time you add on alcohol - while the menu is nice (see below) we don't need all the courses - just one or two courses and some nice drinks.....but of course you don't get to choose it is all a set menu. Don't think I will be proceeding with this booking. This is the menu they sent me:
Nutmegs NYE Menu
