for the $2 Non-CBA ATM fee. I withdrew some money using a BCA ATM and was charged just under $8 plus the $2 non-CBA ATM fee. From the CBA ATM's in Denpasar (and apparently there's one at the Domestic terminal at the airport) you get charged only $2 per withdrawal and no hidden charges. Of course, they work it out at the bank-to-bank exchange rate. Also, you get charged $2 for an enquiry, so don't look at your balance. If you put in too much, they'll tell you!
