I must admit to being a little bit surprised. I have never once in many many visits there ever finding it dirty. Not once. I have to say that I've never seen a faulty towers moment. (anyway, no more than the normal Bali ones!). Our only disatisfaction came really from the change in management's attitude, the ground floor room ssue, and the food price and value decrease.
