It's my bro who's there & just sms me rate every now & then so I put it on here. Last 2 days he gave me the rate from PT central which I think is pretty good guage of the rate. But today he texted (is that a word?) 7000 - 7495 as being the rates along Legian street. I added the last bit myself as I reckon u can never get the highest rate without being ripped off.
