Stayed at KTH recently and there was a gentleman who could only walk 25 metres and he managed ok, he is also still around ( no bike hits ).
So i would say go ahead and book KTH if thats what you want, you wont be disappointed, also the kind staff will call a taxi to the entrance if you need transport, go ahead and enjoy.
