I think its a similar rating, but the grounds are fantastic. From the reports I've heard it's a quiet place, but we're both in our 40s,not party animals, and the idea of a lovely place without hordes of kids appeals greatly. We're never in our rooms much at the best of times!!
I will happily post my opinions on it, on my return!
