i'd check with your doc about giving the tablets to your children, but gastro stop or anything containing 'loperamide' can be bought off the shelves at a chemist (in Aus). Stemzine you need a script for. Neuroxin is a good one to have as well in case you get a bad fever with your gastro - this also needs a script. Check with your doc, but 2 out of my 3 trips i've got a bit of BB (who knows how!) and some paracetamol, stemzine and gastro stop did the trick in no time!
bali chemists sell all sorts!! if you know the actual proper name of the product you're after just write it down for them or point it out in a MIMS book that ive noticed some bali chemists have (in english).
