Walking up Jalan Melasti from the beach, either side of Garlic lane is clothing market stalls. Keep heading up Melasti to the lights at jalan Legian and you will see one corner with green corrigated iron fence. Behind there is a open air food / produce market. I have been there when its in operation, too early for me at 5 am. I do enough early starts in my working life.
