as previously mentioned it depends on your level of disability , as it is difficult to walk these pavements let alone get about in a wheel chair.
You can apply through[ bali mode ]for a social budaya visa and they will sponsor you, you can rent relativly cheap accomodation and employ some one to assist you if need be its very possible on your budget... its all possible but as usual everone wants to be negative... for some reason...
