The fact that you are asking if $1200 is enough to live in Bali suggests to me, you may not have spent a great deal of time on the island up until now. I suggest you plan an extended stay for a period of time and then reassess your idea. Yes it has many enticing factors to invite relocation, but a holidaying period is vastly different from day to day living.Just my opinion.
And yes, $1200 IS enough to live in Bali.
