I think it is great and well worth the $38 person.They greeted us as we got of the plane (6 of us) took us to a lounge, gave us drinks,snacks and a cold towel.They fixed our visa's up,picked up our luggage from the carousel,then escorted us through customs (and I mean through customs,no looking) then out to our transport all in about 20 mins. We walked past 6 lines of people queing to pay there visa's,I would think it would've have been an hour and a half otherwise.If you can afford it do it.We booked through Netfare.
