The units built originally were for display purposes (block on AKK side)and the sales office on site to pre sell the other planned units.
Have read they have done extremely well with pre sales & thus that probably accounts for the considerable amount they have now constructed (eg Melasti Side)
Overall the concept/complex is huge so completion date you would think would be quite awhile away yet.
It's quite possible the first small block are already in use.
Did not really look or notice at these when driving past.
The eye is more drawn to the new concrete structures looming out of nowhere :)
