As a first time user of any forums I didn't really know how this worked but I put a message out there and recieved so many replys. thankyou to everyone. I have just had word back from the Jayakarta Hotel they can do 2 rooms for $150 per night. So total for 13 nigths $1950. This looks really nice on the net and I think it is walking distance to everything. What we really are looking for is accom close to beach, do some shopping, relax and would love to do white water rafting and see Ubud and Senur. We would love to snorkel but I don't really know if there are any places to do this. of course there would have to be a reef with a sign that reads No sharks allowed past here!!!! We have only ever been to Vanuatu and the water was so beautiful and we felt safe swimming. Was hoping to find something like that in bali, but if not there will be so much else to experience. We are getting very excited. bali sounds so pretty
