to last year, i have already made my remarks back then. i see no change with bruce and bab's experience so it really makes me wonder...for politeness, we were told from the start that our internet booking was invalid and there were no rooms available. but while the front desk was not aware that WE were aware, they happily told some spaniards that there WERE rooms available. and deluxe too, which was what we had booked for. plus the next morning when we told the waitress that we would like to have a deluxe breakfast and that we were willing to pay the difference, we were told off. so, where's the politeness? frankly, we were there for only two nights, so we went looking around and found another hotel just behind suriwathi- and for much less, we could have cleaner bathrooms and staff with no attitude. we were off to amed the next day so it didn't make sense to change hotels so we just gritted our teeth and made the best. but never again...but don't take me and my mate's word for it. we could be one out of a million who didn't seem to take a shine to that hovel.
