I would wait until they actually open. They will not get many takers at that price. IMO it is not really in a 5 star location. Stragely enough if you see the new Qantas Holidays brochure they have given it a higher rating 4.5 star, than the St Regis 4 star, and the new Legian Nirwana (old bali intan site) 5*. I know without hesitation which one I would rather stay at.
