With several hotels. BGH very good - usually reply within the hour. Emailed Dynasty 3wks ago, never heard back. Emailed them yesterday, replied back within the hour. They missed out on a possible booking with me about 6wks ago, didn't reply although I heard a few days later from someone that their email had been down over that weekend. Pot luck I reckon!
