of course we can only say what we found and realise that what we like others may not.
We just found it wasnt up to the standards we expected.We are not bagging the place, just for the sake of it, as obviously there are some people who like it.
Maybe if the owners hear of adverse comments something may be done and that will only make it better for everyone in the future.
We liked the kids working there and the staff were generally polite and friendly..it just seemed that with a little more customer relations, it could be a nice place to stay.
the only way that hotels can improve is for guests to make positive and fair criticisms and do something about them.
