at The Sheraton Laguna, Nusa Dua would be my choice. It is a beautiful resort situated right on the beach front with superb service, great food, and a very romantic setting. You can spend the day in your own bale and then dip in the vast lagoon as you desire. Dining on the beach of an evening is also very special.
Do make sure though that you book a lagoon access room so that you can walk out on your balcony and step straight into the lagoon.
