1st bali trip

I posted that "honeymooners" message earlier today and not sure how to get responses. Would appreciate suggestions on which area of Bali to visit for sightseeing temples, balinese dancing, and outdoor activities. We are not big beach people, but would like water rafting or hiking. Thanks for you help.
