Regarding accommodation, if you go to the top of the page to the search the forum function and type in villa you will get lots of opinions about villas. Alternatively google Mic's Bali forum and go to her extensive list of accommodation including villas. If you are able to short list a few, you may be able to search opinions on this forum or look at Travel advisor forum to get opinions.
Always helps to do your homework first.
