how can you up grade your room

Hi guys i am going to bali in nov, and i have been told that the standard rooms where i am staying are not very nice, now i went through a internet site to book them and they dont state that this hotel does delux rooms, so i cant change through them. Does anyone know if i could up grade when i get there and any idea on what sort of price it would be?
