That QANTAS have booked people (on the 275). They are going on to another destination after Bali. Maybe their direct flight to Singapore was full.
It doesn't make any difference to the people going to Bali on Jetstar (except the plane has more people on it)
Codeshare means another carrier (QANTAS) have shared the (Jetstar) flight. Saves sending a second plane.
Airlines do it all the time.
