Alam Shanti confusion...PLEASE HELP !

I am totally confused at the website for the Alam Shanti.
When you book a room do they mean you get BOTH upstairs AND Downstairs or one or the other. Hope that makes sense !
I want to book this ASAP but need to understand what i am getting.
