This is terrible but I too want to point out that it is not Balinese doing this, you will find they visiters from the Mainland and cause many problems for tourists and Balinese. This is a good idea reporting it to the Banjar, for those tourists that do not know what the Banjar is, it is who those of us that live here pay security to, you can forget the police. I remember 10-12 years ago when tourists used to drink a drink called 'Illusion' - it was made in a huge container in bars (especially Paddy's, Bounty and Sari) it contained the then 'Arak" which wasn't regulated and many tourists woke up in small lanes without their wallets or passports, not knowing how they got there, they had 2 of those drinks and their night was over.
