Head to the right out of Puri Raja (Jl Padma Utara).... keep going until you reach a T section (where Jl Padma Utara meet Jl Padma, Posers is on the corner there on your left), turn left then turn directly right and this is 'Garlic Lane' as it is known by many ... head to the end of this lane and on the left you will see on the corner there markets, the first lil outlet on the left of this group is Ketut's or sometimes known as 'Wlly's'.
